PeopleSoft Administrator providing development, implementation, and support expertise to various teams within Kelly Services to ensure seamless release delivery and infrastructure maintenance and support.

·       Performed the role of lead PeopleSoft Administrator. Provided PeopleTools
product support expertise, as well as development, testing and migration
support to development and SQA teams. Supported various other teams within
Kelly Services to ensure seamless release delivery and stable production and
non production technical infrastructures.

 

·       Defined and developed a release management process for 40+ PeopleSoft
HR/FN environments with STAT as the migration application. Configured STAT
to meet the specific object migration needs of both development and quality
assurance teams. Responsible for migrating all objects and work packages
from DEV thru to PROD, including synchronization tasks for all "one off"
environments not on the defined migration path.

 

·       Performed audit and quality assurance reviews for all active deployment
objects, to validate that they resided in approved environments. This
extended review went beyond STAT and included both Windows and LINUX file
system objects that were migrated at the request of one of our support
teams.

 

·       Provided cross training for team members on all three PeopleSoft
applications and in PeopleTools. Collaborated with Middleware, Windows, and
DBA staff to better understand how to support and manage the
technologies used by the PeopleSoft application. Transferred knowledge back
to those same teams on PeopleSoft/Oracle specific technology.

 

·       Maintained a strong working relationship with development and production
support teams to ensure that all new code was bundled efficiently and
complete for a particular work package. This helped to create more open
partnership between development, infrastructure and production support
teams.

 

·       Participated in the design discussions and testing of multiple components
of the architecture during various performance and process improvement
initiatives. These initiatives included but were not limited to legacy
conversion to PeopleSoft, streamlining code migrations, and simplifying the

Served as key team member for creating, implementing, and maintaining environments for US Global Support Center.  Provided training and documentation for customers and team members on new processes and environment tracking system.

 

  • Created testing lab which included over ten separately configured machines for use on six diff RDBMS packages which provided tech support analysts to test issues in conditions that better mirrored the customer’s environment.
  • Created training documents and utilities for test lab which required little or no training for end users.
  • Coordinated efforts for server room move to new location.  Excellent planning and clear documentation resulted in no down time and all servers moved and brought on line successfully.
